Dear Supplier,

The account administrator serves as the primary point of contact for the company users if they need help resetting their password, changing their permissions, or if they have any other questions or problems.

If you are already setup as a user and you are looking for the account administrator of your SAP Ariba account in your company:
 
  1. Login to your SAP Ariba Supplier Portal: https://supplier.ariba.com
 
  1. From the Homepage, Navigate to your Accounts settings by clicking on your initials on the top right corner of your screen.
 
  1. Click on Contact Administrator in the dropdown menu.
 
  1. You will then be able to view your company administrator Name and Email.

Please note that if you are setup as the account administrator of your company and you are having issues with your login details, you can easily reset your password via the login page.

If the person setup as the administrator has left your company and you are unable to access the email with which the SAP Ariba account was setup, you will then need to contact SAP Business Network Customer Support team directly to reset your account access and to transfer the administrator rights.
